• Advised senior management of a rapidly expanding oil consortium exploring the North Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan with annual spend of over $ 1 billion US dollars on best practice procurement processes

• Configured JD Edwards OneWorld XE enterprise resource planning software to accommodate the agreed new business processes; modules included purchase order processing, inventory, job cost and accounts payable as well as a full review of all related transactional accounting

• Completed full reconciliations of year to date contract spend and commitments versus approved budget amounts

• Did full review of over 50 major service contracts including a Parker drilling contract valued at over 300 million dollars over five years

• Reviewed the standard legal form clauses used in contracts and suggested methods of standardization
